Scroll Scribing This is a relatively straightforward activity. The only difficulty comes from acquiring the relevant materials. They are frequently hard to find (or simply expensive), though can often be obtained in bulk. Scribing a scroll takes 1 day per level of the spell. The Mage must know the spell, and have access to their spell books. Protection scrolls are handled only slightly differently. They are given a level of difficulty, typically 6th, and can only be scribed by relevant specialists. To see whether the scribing was a success, a d% is rolled against the following table. A failure may indicate that the resultant scroll is cursed; though the scribe will not know this.
