Shades of Gray
  Erkun the Far Travelled
Priest of Thoth, originally from Tesphesus on Helph, member of Liberators of Tesphesus political activist group and travelling circus. Believed to have once been human.

Height : 5'3", Weight : 127lb, Hair : Black.
Distinguishing features: Good looks and charm, four arms, didactic ranting.

History
I can't explain glacial motion, or why New Figon doesn't drop into the ocean. I can't unfold the layers of mystery, or piece together the tragedies of history.

Those that forget the mistakes of history are doomed to repeat them.

Erkun's History
Well, how much do you want to know? Briefly then, at least at first:

409 (UR) Born - child of lowly travelling merchant-folk of Helph.
415 Entered temple of Thoth at Tesphesus as novice. Showed promise.
5 Yetil 425 Left temple of Thoth and Tesphesus.
425-430 Travelled much, walking the lands of Helph, from the Dwarf Hills to the West, to the deep desert in the east. Learned the ways and language of the tribe folk of Helph, lived the life of the nomads in the wilderness. Travelled the lands of Helph, used such powers as he had to help those folk of the wilds he found in need. Came last to the Arouph Forest of central Eastern Helph.
431-434 Settled in the Arouph forest, lived with the Old Helph tribes-folk there for several years. Was known amongst them as Erkun ‘the Far-Travelled’.
434 Heard ill news of Tesphesus from hunters in the forest. Finally left the Arouph Forest and travelled to Hekabeth, where he learned of the Fall of Tesphesus, nine years ago, the day he left the city. Remembered then, things perhaps best forgotten. Ancient forbidden scrolls, read by a foolish youth, darkness, a terrible presence, and it’s monstrous laughter. Flight from the city.

Sailed with the Knights of Ole to Shi, and met some members of the Tesphesus Liberation Army, learned a little of The Dark Arm. Also met Gif - another escapee from Tesphesus, which led to a journey to New Figon.

The Time of Judgement

Landed in East Harbour, walked across the city to The Citadel. Found the temple of Thoth there, prayed for guidance, and to be judged. Apparently he was found worthy to live. Returned to the path - once more a Mage-Priest of Thoth.

Joined Gif’s friends in their quest to free Tesphesus. And thus began...
