Truscott Defence

This defence to a one level opening is primarily used against the One Club Forcing bid. It allows all one-suiters and two-suiters to be shown. One suited hands are shown by making a jump overcall. Two suited ands can then be described as follows:

Non-jump bid shows the suit bid and the next higher suit

Double shows the suit doubled and the non-touching suit (clubs and spades count as touching)

1NT shows the remaining two non-touching suits.
